Vivint is taking additional precautions to help protect you and your family, as well as our employees, from the current situation with the Coronavirus. As recommended by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), our installers do the following every day:
- Wear gloves during the install and sanitize before and after each appointment.
- Take their temperature daily and it must be consistently under 100° F (37.7° C).
- Report to their manager daily confirming that they don’t have a cough or fever.
- Report to their manager daily confirming that they haven't been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed or displayed symptoms of the Coronavirus.
